We offer a full refund of the cost of the tie, excluding shipping costs, which will be borne by the buyer (If 2 ties are purchased, shipping is FREE and 1 is returned, this policy will also apply)

Since our ties are formal wear items, we will not accept returns if we find that the product has been used. The tie must be returned in its original condition, without any signs of wear, odors, or alterations.

Personalized ties are not eligible for return.
